The personal message presented by the material of metope XXXI and the Parthenon, all together was among superiority above their philistine enemies. This portrayed barbarians non Athenians/Greeks as without having any honnete, self-restraint and also the ability to have got reasoned realistic thoughts or discussions. (OCC, p111-112) Centaurs and Amazons had become the epitome of philistine forces whom opposed the cultural and political diathesis, which was predominant in Athens at that time. (OCC, P148-149). The housing from the treasury from the Delian Little league within the Parthenon cannot be ignored either, That made it into a civic and religious building. The Delian League shaped in 478 BCE against the constant danger of Local attack. Athens did not control the money from the development of the league in 478 BCE they seized the opportunity to do so right after. (BHAG, p139-140).. Athens then simply transferred the funds coming from Delos in approximately 454BCE to Athens.
